Today started off with with very good sign of mixed grade tuna showing on the surface. There were scattered breaks all over a wide area. Doug Taylor hooked and landed an approximately 150# yellowfin, and we had a giant steal the baits from our aerial presentation. By about mid morning the fish evaporated. We searched for the rest of the day to no avail. On a positive note, we know where we want to be in the morning, and where not to be after that. We also have stellar weather for looking. Doug gets the honors today.
