The larger fish will be moving up into the springs area to spawn

The Fly Shop
There is still significant amounts of snow in the Fall River Valley. Travel should be much easier, so it might be worth a look see to get up there and see what's going on. More than likely it will be a midge and Baetis show. Scuds and leeches would be good patterns as well. The larger fish will be moving up into the springs area to spawn, so make sure you give them a wide berth.
Hot Flies: TB Drowned Rusty Spinner, PMD's, Norman's Wiggletails, Pheasant Tails, Mercer's Missing Link, Zug Bugs, and Leeches.
