Hi Gang,

We returned home this morning at 0600 under clear skies. We fished the beach for yellowtail yesterday morning in the area that we had decent fishing 2 days prior. The conditions were different and so were our results. We only managed one yellowtail and some various whitefish, bonito, rockfish, and bass. Last nights dinner of filet minon over garlic mashed potatoes was 'out of bounds'. Thank you chef Brian Torres. Our jackpot winners for the trip are as follows: third place went to Cole Chavira with a 25.0 pound yellowtail, second place went to Cirdon Cole with a 28.1 pound yellowtail, and first place goes to Stephen Echardt with a 31.2 pound yellowtail. Strong work men! We are in for a week before our UC Composites 15 day departure. Happy New Year everyone.
