The main Eel remains big and brown and won’t be fishable any time soon. Predicted to drop to 9,100 cubic feet per second on the Scotia gauge Monday morning, but next week’s rain will put it back on the rise.

Van Duzen River: Was in fishable shape through Tuesday but reports were hard to come by
Smith River: There are a few adult steelhead around right now
Chetco River: Steelhead anglers should finally have good flows for drift boat fishing
Elk River: Elk could be in play by the weekend
