Friday Offshore Update
The Aztec called in 26 Bluefin tuna onboard and 4 fish hanging for the first day of their 3 day trip. These Bluefin are weighing in between 30-80 pounds. Captain Greg continues to see great sign of biting fish offshore!
The Tribute called in with limits of Yellowtail for their Overnight trip. They are currently in search of Bluefin.
Thursday Recap
The San Diego wrapped up their Full Day trip with 80 Yellowtail and 4 Bluefin for their 34 anglers! The Bluefin are in the 30# range. Captain Ryan mentioned that there was a decent sign of Bluefin and the majority of the fish were seen on the meter at deeper depths. He recommended anglers have heavier jigs like 100g Flat Fall and Colt Sniper Jigs to better their chances of getting down to the zone they are in.
The Aztec returned from their Three Day trip this morning with 52 Bluefin for their 23 anglers. Four of their fish weighed in over 200 pounds! The Aztec still has availability for a couple of their 3 Day trips departing at the end of the month so don't miss your chance to jump aboard.
