The Trout fishing is on. We just got a stocking at Community Park and our local angler Gerry Ward stopped in to show his catch. He was fishing from shore using a trout jig. HIs favorite color is a dark green or a brown color. I have been hearing that night crawlers are working also along with various spinners. the best part is we have fish and they are hungry. There are some stripers out there  and our anglers that are using glide baits have been getting a few hook ups. Both the Community Park area and the shore line at Rotary Park are some of our best spots to throw out a line.

The wind has been a challenge for our Lake Mohave anglers but that should pass soon and we hope to have some lake news. I did hear of a few striper boils in some of the coves near the power lines. some anglers were having luck trolling an umbrellas rig in the basin area.
