Yellowtail's Like's The Bun

Hello everyone; Sorry about no report last night, but the weather kicked up, but it's nice now, and here comes the report. Well the Bun is back, and I think the Yellowtail really like the Bun. We had an excellent night/day of Yellowtail fishing. We arrived to the area around 02:00 hours, and it didn't take long for the Yellowtail to start biting. By 0900 hours in the morning, we had limits (155 Yellows), and a handful of Calico Bass. Most of the Yellowtail were in the 12 to 18 pound range, with a few larger one's.
The afternoon was spent looking for Halibut and White Sea Bass. To our surprise, we did get a couple of Sea Bass, but there were the Black Sea Bass. On of the bass was about 40 pounds, while the other one was about 250-275 pounds. We pulled down by the gate, and Travon jumped in and took the fish down about 20 feet, and it will live to see another 50 years. As for the Halibuts, we only caught a couple of keepers, while the other we released back to the ocean. We are now headed to another area and hope that the White Sea Bass will cooperate and bite for us.
Weather today gorgeous, flat seas, clear skies, and very warm. But that's what we come out here for, clean air and good weather. Not much more going on, so until tomorrow, wish us luck. Team Rp
