  • There have been some bigger Bluefin being caught on our longer trips. The captains of our 1.5 day trips and longer are recommending a heavy setup capable of fishing 80lb test and a 160g or larger Shimano Flatfall or Daiwa SK Jig.
  • The San Diego wrapped up their Full Day Coronado Islands trip with 9 Yellowtail, 3 Barracuda, 144 Rockfish and 46 Vermilion for their 34 anglers.

Friday Report The New Seaforth had great surface action on their Half Day AM trip today! A lively fly-lined bait is all you need to catch one of these hard fighting Bonito! We have plenty of openings on the New Seaforth this week to try your luck at this fun inshore fishing! Thursday Report The Sea Watch finished their Full Day Offshore trip with 12 Bluefin between 10 to 40 pounds for their 23 anglers. Hopefully a good sign of things to come! The Tribute just radioed in from the end of their Overnight trip, they caught 12 Dorado and 20 Bluefin between 20 and 45 pounds for their 32 anglers.
