We were able to fish the weekend with great results on the seabass and calico bass. Most of our anglers had 2-4 shots per day for the seabass and limit style fishing on the calico bass towards the end of the weekend. Lots of fish lost due to tackle failer and kelps, but overall it has some of the best fishing trips we have had. When you add the nice weather, great anglers and steady fishing who's to complain. We have added the line of Accurate rods and Reels onboard and we are extremely happy with the combinations were are fishing with. We are excited to fish the Accurate 197c, 270c, and the 870 narrow with the exxtreme rod match ups, these rods are perfect for us for the rest of the seabass, offshore tuna and marlin season. We will be chasin' yellowfin this week so look for our open party trips coming up on August 14th, 15th and 16th. Looks like were in for some Seabass, yellows and calico bass. as alway 5 to 5 and $215. Call us @ 805-320-3474 If you dont get us please leave a message and we will be happy to call you back and get you onboard. Capt Keith Denette Martuni Sportfishing

Were suggesting our anglers to bring 15 to 30 lb rigs. Were catching the fish on droppers, sliders, swim baits and yo yo iron. Weather is perfect, seas are calm and fish are biting. We are running open party 6 pack and charters through Capt Hooks Sportfishing....... Read More
