Major fish kill due to a large amount of storm runoff

In the Flagstaff area, Frances Short Pond had a major fish kill due to a large amount of storm runoff that helped trigger an oxygen problem. AZGFD won’t restock the lake until it is sure the water quality is suitable for fish.
