Saturday Report

  • The Sea Watch finished with 7 Yellowfin Tuna on the boat for their Full Day Trip with fish up to 40 pound range. Captain Ryan reports that conditions continue to improve offshore and look very promising for the week to come! There are a limited number of spots available on this coming weeks Limited Load Full Day Offshore trips on the Sea Watch. Try your luck at catching a nice kelp paddy fish. No passports required!
  • The New Seaforth continues to have great surface action fishing with catches of Bonito and Calico Bass on our Half Day trips! A 25lb setup with sliding egg sinker, 2/0 J-hook and a lively bait out of the bait tank is all you need to get into this fun inshore fishing. We have plenty of rental gear if you are the beginner wanting to try out this exciting style of inshore fishing!
  • The Tribute reported in from the first day of their Two Day Trip with 103 Yellowtail. These Yellowtail ranged in size from 12 to 30 pounds. Captain Tyler reported that all techniques are working including flyining 30lb test with a 2/0 J-hook and using small to medium irons or jigs!

Friday Updates The Sea Watch finished with 23 Yellowfin Tuna and 2 Bluefin on their Full Day Offshore Trip with 24 anglers. The Yellowfin range from 20 to 50lbs. Captain Ryan recommends 30-35lb Fluorocarbon and size 2 or 4 hooks. The Endeavor wrapped up their 1 day trip with 40 Dorado(limits) for their 20 anglers. The Voyager Overnight trip with 15 anglers caught 2 Bluefin, 56 Yellowtail, 3 Bonito and 5 Calico Bass....... Read More
