Hi Gang,

I apologize about the delay in the trip report. Yesterday was our first fishing day of the trip and it was a very busy day. We departed on Monday morning with a beautiful load of sardine and were able to clear the point by 1030. We headed south and traveled the next day in calm seas. We arrived on scene the following morning just after 0800 and had good fishing all day on yellowfin tuna up to 25 pounds and yellowtail up to 20 pounds. We finished the day with limits of tuna and limits of yellowtail with a few dorado mixed in. We are at it again this morning and have had steady tuna action with some bigger dorado in the mix. Not much in the way of yellowtail yet but our focus has been on this tuna with most of it in the 18 to 25 pound range. Our weather is flat calm, the food has been phenonemal, fishing is as good as we could ask for, and everyone is having a great time. Thanks for checking in. Life is good, Captain Bill Cavanaugh and the Intrepid Team

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4088 to get in on the action.
