Check out this 10.5 pound Bass caught by Clayton, 11 years old, fishing with his family on the Pontoon Boat. He caught it at 10:00 a.m. on Thurs. July 2 at Lake Casitas. Fishing is doing well at Lake Casitas. We had a couple of tough days but continue to catch at least 2-8 daily. They are in a range of 5-40 feet of water - some top water bites still happing. Live bait and plastic worms working the best. The weather is fantastic in the 80-90's, clear with a lite breeze. Lots of deer are out with their young and are drinking from the banks.
