This fish report is from Pete Hillis reporting out of Pedro\\\'s Pangas, San Quintin, Baja Mexico for the week ending July 02, 2009.

The winds kept most boats local but San Martin Island was good to us with limits of nice yellowtail (15 to 22 lbs), bonita, and barracuda. The yellowtail were caught on blue/white jigs and live bait. Rock cod and ling cod fishing is still great as usual.

On Friday, June 19th, two private boats took local guides on a 240 heading, 12 to 16 miles off the point, for limits of yellowfin tuna and a few alby's.
