Tuesday Bluefin Update

Monday Counts
UPDATE 8:15 pmThe San Diego called in with 12 Bluefin, 29 Yellowtail and 1 Bonito for today's Full Day Offshore Trip. They saw fish ranging from 20 to 220 pounds today and is recommending setups to fish 30, 50 and 80 pound line. Be ready and catch a Bluefin!
The Polaris Supreme just called in with 25 Bluefin Tuna to start their day. The majority of these fish are in the 30-70lb range and are being caught on sinker rigs and jigs.
Returning Trips
We had several 1.5 Day trips return to the dock this morning with great counts.
- The Pacifica returned with 39 Bluefin Tuna and 7 Yellowtail for their 30 anglers. Half of the fish were from 100-180lbs!
- The Tribute also returned from a 1.5 Day trip with 47 Bluefin for their 32 anglers. It was an epic day of fishing! Sinker rigs and flat falls or SK jigs on 80-100# line was the go to.

5-31-2021Monday Counts UPDATE 6:45pm The Aztec reported 16 Bluefin with the largest weighing in at 110 pounds for their overnight trip. Book your fishing trip soon as spots for future trips are filling quickly! The San Diego returned offshore today, and they have 4 bluefin on the boat for their Full Day trip!
