What a perfect day on Detroit Lake. Weather cooperated, wind stayed away until 1100, fish put into ice box, all had fun. Glenn & Tyler, both veterans, ' Thank You for your service. It was my honor to guide you into the kokanee today. Glenn even tackled a 17" 2.14 lb Rainbow to boot !!!! Well done..... First kok this morning at 0630 was on KokaneeKids "Wonder Bread Mysis". As you can see the kokanee were asking for the orange and pink colors today. All were caught on kokaneeKid lures and Poulsen Cascade Arrow Fast dodgers. I even managed to catch 2 on my own lure.......... The main boat ramp is now open.....YAHOOOO !!!. Still lots of debris in water.
