Fishing on the World Famous EL BUDSTER. Richard Schiel from Fairfield, CA catches and releases a 60 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It is caught on a live Caballito. The fighting time was 20 minutes. It was caught at the 1150 Reef. The water temperature was 71 - 73 degrees.
