Del Valle Marina

Fishing at Lake Del Valle has been pretty good this past week for Striper, Lightning Trout and Rainbow Trout.
 
Weather: The weather is starting to cool off. The weather everyday this past week has been in the 40’s.
 
Clarity of water: The water seems to be very clear near the Boat Docks. Once you get past the Lower Narrows it is still clear, about a 15-foot visibility.
 
Temperature of lake: 53 Degrees F.
 
Hot spots: Upper and Lower Narrows.
 
Favorite lures for Bass: Huddleston Swimbait
 
Striped Bass- Anchovies
 
Trout- Swim Bait, Power Bait, and Worms.
 
Fish Plants:
No fish plant to report for this week.
Lightning Trout
Gabe from Livermore caught a 6.1 lb. Lightning Trout he was using a Panther Martin caught at the Lower Narrows.

Rainbow Trout
Gabe V from Livermore caught a 8.10 lb. Rainbow Trout he was using a Panther Martin caught at the Lower Narrows.

Rainbow Trout
Gary Wong from Fremont caught two Rainbow Trout both were 7 lbs. each he was using Lures caught at the Lower Narrows.

Striped Bass
Elias Ledesma from Milpitas caught two Stripers one was 2.95 lbs. the other was 9 lbs. he was using Anchovies caught at the Lower Narrows. Kyle Balangue from Milpitas caught two Stripers one was 3.6 lbs. the other was 6.7 lbs. he was using Anchovies caught at the Lower Narrows.

Largemouth Bass
