The road to get to the Little Truckee River is not plowed, so it may be difficult to get there. With more inclement weather also coming soon, it may not be accessible until the snow melts. Some patterns you can try if you can get there are Blue Winged Olives, small midges, or small nymphs (size 20-22).

Gear:  9′-10′ 4-6wt rod with 9′-12′ 6x leader
