FYI, a two month closure never feels like much until about day 10. That’s about most anglers get a sinking feeling in the gut because they realized they still have 49 long days to go! This is a warning to those new to the sport or the family members that have to cohabitate with a crazy person dealing with a nasty case of salt separation anxiety. It’s a real thing!

So when we warn there is now less than a dozen calendar days remain in the season, and likely less when you factor in bad weather or an M.I.A babysitter. So get signed up and get out there soon and enjoy the rush of fishing the big blue while you can.
