Captain Jeff Walker checked in from the Tomahawk out of Fishermans Landing in San Diego CA.

We are out on a 1.5 Day trip here today. We just ran out of daylight and spent the whole day focusing on that big Bluefin with a lot of kite fishing today. We definitely had plenty of opportunity and there is plenty of fish. We ended up with 7 big ones 150-350 pounds, we’ll see how big it is when we get in in the morning.

Very little wind and a lot of traffic here today. There is no shortage of fish and nice weather today. We are now switching gears into night time more to catch some fish on the flat fall.
