No changes this past week, most of the bass are schooled up and chasing silverside on main lake points. Small swimbaits, flukes, and spoons are working for the breaking fish. The drop shot bite picked up a bit as Brent Robeson of Santee can attest to. Brent stuck his new personal best largemouth, a beautiful 9 pounder that gobbled up a 4’ worm. The panfish bite has slowed to a crawl, only a handful of small bluegill were reported to the concession last week. No signs of any catfish once again.
