October 8, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.

10/09/2020
The Pacific Queen called in today with 11 Bluefin Tuna (60 lb - 90 lb) and 1 Bluefin Tuna @ 230 lb on day 3 of their 3 day for 23 anglers. 

The Dolphin PM 1/2 day trip caught 55 Rockfish, 2 Sand Bass, 2 Sculpin and 1 Lingcod for 27 Anglers.

The Dolphin AM 1/2 day trip caught 38 Bonito for 30 Anglers.

The Liberty caught 36 Yellowfin Tuna, 5 Yellowtail, 3 Skipjack and 2 Dorado for their Full Day Trip with 37 Anglers.

The Condor returned with LIMITS of Dorado (68), 145 Yellowfin Tuna, and 25 Yellowtail for 34 anglers on their 1.5 day trip. 

The Fortune returned with LIMITS (80) of Dorado, 156 Yellowfin Tuna, 29 Skipjack Tuna, and 22 Yellowtail for 20 anglers on their 2.5 day charter.

The Dolphin PM caught 35 Rockfish and 6 Bonito for 22 anglers.

The Liberty caught 75 Skipjack Tuna and 1 Yellowfin Tuna for 38 anglers on their full day trip.

The Pacific Dawn called in with LIMITS of Dorado (170), 29 Yellowtail, 6 Yellowfin Tuna, and 1 Bluefin Tuna (160#) for 17 anglers on their 2 day trip. 

The Dolphin AM caught LIMITS of Bonito (120), 15 Rockfish, and 5 Calico Bass for 24 anglers.

The Islander  returned with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (30 up to 40#) and 4 Yellowfin Tuna (up to 60#) for 15 anglers on their 1.5 day trip.

The Outrider returned with 1 Bluefin Tuna (202#), 1 Yellowtail and 1 Bonito for 5 anglers on their Chartered Extended 1.5 Day trip.

Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.

  • Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks.  They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.

As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
