October 1, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.

The Pacific Dawn called in with 30 Yellowtail, 6 Yellowfin Tuna, and 10 Bluefin Tuna for 12 anglers on their 2.5 Day tip. Two of their Bluefin are over 300 lbs, six of their Bluefin are over 200 lbs, and two of their Bluefin are between 150 lb - 160 lb. 

The Pacific Queen called in with 56 Bluefin Tuna,. 4 Yellowfin Tuna 40 to 70 pounds, and 2 Dorado for there 1st day of a 3 day trip with 24 anglers.

The Pacific Dawn called in with 8 Bluefin Tuna. 5 over 200 pounds, 1 at 300 pounds, and 2 at 150 pounds. They also had Yellowfin and Yellowtail to along with their Bluefin for thier 2.5 day trip.

The Tomahawk called in from day 1 of a 2.5 Day trip with 5 Bluefin Tuna for 23 anglers. Two of the Bluefin are over 300lbs,  one taped in at 350+ lbs and the rest  of their fish are all over 100lb.  

The Dolphin PM caught 34 Bonito for 30 anglers on their half-day trip.

The Fortune called in with LIMITS of Yellowfin Tuna (90) and LIMITS of Dorado (36) for 18 anglers on the first day of their 2 day charter.

The Pegasus called in with LIMITS of (90) Yellowfin Tuna and LIMITS of (36) Dorado for their 1.5 with 18 Anglers.

The Outrider called in with LIMITS of Dorado (36) and 10 Yellowfin Tuna for 9 anglers on their Extended 1.5 day trip.

The Condor returned this AM with LIMITS of (96) Dorado, 70 Yellowfin Tuna and 40 Yellowtail for their 2.5 day trip with 24 Anglers.

Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.

  • Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks.  They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.

As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
