Flows are still at 604 cfs as of 9/17

Water temperature low 60s midday

Fishing Conditions and Hatches

High, dirty and warm, it doesn't get any better. Now for the other bad news, because of the flooding and all the standing water the Mosquitos are HORRENDOUS.
