A mixed bag approach today - fishing both offshore and along the coast produced abundant opportunities in fine weather. Beautiful scenery complimented the scene that featured the best of old school southern Baja including warm hospitality. The fisherman along this coastal region are among the finest in the world. Hard working, family centered, warm, and sincere it is our privilege and honor to fish alongside them. I've made a lot of real friends down here over the past thirty five years. I can't tell you how heart warming it is to visit with them when they stop to say hello. Good times; reminders of good days long past.
Now begins the inevitable trek back up the line. As the saying goes in the world of long range fishing "what goes down must come up". Fortunately it appears that the ride will be relatively smooth for night one. Beyond that we'll manufacture our own best conditions by running up with "one leg in the sand" if need be. Today's image features CharterMaster Ross Myers in the Classic Long Range moment. Pulling on a jumbo yellowtail as the sun goes down amidst the unspoiled beauty of the southern Baja Coast; long range defined.
If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
