August 25, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.
08/26/2020
The AM 1/2 Day trip caught 10 Calico Bass/ 60 Calico Bass released, 10 Sheep Head, 5 Rockfish, and 1 Bonito for 26 anglers.
The PM 1/2 Day trip caught 9 Calico Bass/ 40 Calico Bass released, 5 Sheep Head, and 5 Rockfish for 27 anglers.
The Islander called in LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna and 7 of them are 150 pounds. The are on the 2nd day of a 2.5 day trip with 22 anglers.
The Liberty called in with 71 Yellowtail, 20 Bonito, 1 Bluefin Tuna, and 15 Calico Bass on their full day trip with 40 anglers.
The Pacific Queen called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna for Day 1 of their 3 Day trip for 24 anglers.
The Pegasus returned with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna and 30 Yellowtail (15-30#) for their 3 Day Chartered trip.
The Condor returned with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (68) for their 1.5 day trip with 34 anglers.

The Dolphin called in with 30 Calico Bass (100 released) and 4 Rockfish for their 1/2 day pm trip with 13 Anglers.
The Liberty called in with 14 Yellowtail, 6 Bluefin Tuna, 16 Bonito for their Full day charter with 33 Anglers.
The Pacific Dawn in with 14 Yellowtail and 2 Dorado for their Full-day charter with 14 anglers.
The Dolphin called in with 18 Sheephead, 10 Calico Bass (30 Released) and 15 Rockfish for their 1/2 day am trip with 20 Anglers.
The Islander called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (44) for 22 anglers on Day 1 of their 2.5 day trip.
Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.
- Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks. They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.
As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
