Big Hungry
Captain Markus on the New Lo-An just called in from their 1.5 day trip. They caught 125 Yellowtail (LIMITS) and 50 Dorado (LIMITS) for their 25 angles. They will be back to the dock at 5:30am on Wednesday morning.
The Mission Belle checked in from the Coronado Islands. They finished the day with 51 Yellowtail, 14 Calico Bass, 2 Bonito, and 1 Barracuda.
The T-Bird called in from their 2 day trip with 104 Yellowtail (20# to 35#), 48 Rockfish, 18 Sheepshead, 10 Calico Bass, 15 Whitefish, 5 Sculpin and 1 Ling Cod.
The Pacific Islander returned from a 1.5 day trip this morning with 50 Dorado (LIMITS) and 21 Yellowtail for 25 anglers
Departing tonight:
The Daily Double has space available for their afternoon 1/2 day trip. Ticket price is $70. Departure time is at 3:00 pm. Yesterday's afternoon trip returned with 73 Calico Bass, 25 Barracuda, 28 Sheepshead and 4 Rockfish for 21 passengers. Spots are going fast, so call our office at (619) 223-1627 to book your reservation.
NEW TRIPS ADDED:
The American Angler has two new 1.5 day trips scheduled for September. Trip #1 departs on 9/6 at 6:00 pm. Trip #2 is departing on 9/8 at 6:00 pm. Ticket price is $525.00 and includes meals. Local trips:
The Daily Double departs twice a day for ½ day trips to the local kelp beds. Departure times are 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.
The Mission Belle just put on a weeks worth of Full Day Coronado Island trips. Departure time is 6:00 am. Valid passports are required!
Some things to keep in mind in order to be able to go forward are that social distancing practices and safe medical practices must be adhered to and are as follows:
1. Any angler that has any cold or flu symptoms must stay at home.
2. All anglers must wear a mask that covers both mouth and nose.
3. Anglers must keep a minimum of a 6-foot distance at all times.
4. All anglers fishing on an Overnight trip or longer must bring their own pillow and blanket.
