July 23, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.

07/30/2020
The Condor called in with 39 Bluefin Tuna for 26 anglers on their 1.5 Day trip. 

The Tomahawk called in with 27 Bluefin Tuna and 21 Yellowtail for their 1.5 Day Private Charter.
 
The Western Star called in with 15 Bluefin Tuna up to (180lb)  for 6 anglers on their 2.5 Day Trip. 

The Islander caught 46 Bluefin Tuna (up to 300 lbs) and 38 Yellowtail (15-35lbs) on their 4 day trip for 9 anglers. 

The Dolphin AM trip caught 49 Rockfish for 30 anglers.

The Dolphin PM caught 110 Rockfish, 44 Reds, 1 Whitefish, and 1 Sheephead for 36 anglers.

The Pacific Queen called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna and 7 Yellowtail for Day 1 of their 3.5 Day trip. 

The Liberty called in with 46 Bluefin Tuna, and 1 Yellowfin Tuna for 34 anglers.

The Tomahawk called in with 25 Bluefin Tuna and 20 Yellowtail with fishing handing on their 1.5 day trip for 25 anglers.

The Condor called in with 33 Bluefin Tuna with fish hanging on their 1.5 day trip for 26 anglers.

The Pacific Dawn called in with 46 Yellowtail, 3 Dorado and 4 Bluefin on their Full Day trip for 20 anglers.

The Pegasus returned with LIMITS of Bluefin on their 1.5 day for 19 anglers. Most of their fish are between 30-40lbs. They have 3 fish @70lbs and 2 fish @140lbs.

The Outrider returned with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (20-50#) for 11 anglers on their 1.5 Day trip.

07/29/2020
The Islander caught 36 Bluefin Tuna up to 160lbs and 38 Yellowtail (15-35lbs) on day Day 3 of 4 for 9 anglers. 

The Dolphin AM caught 93 Reds, 36 Rockfish, and 1 Sheep Head for 24 anglers, 

The Dolphin PM caught 62 Rockfish for 37 anglers. 

The Liberty caught 30 Bluefin Tuna and 1 Yellowtail for 36 anglers on their Full Day trip.

The Pacific Queen  returned this AM with 111 Bluefin Tuna (20@ 60-90lb & 14 @130-190lb), plus 4 Yellowfin for a  3 day trip with 23 anglers.

The Tomahawk returned this AM with 21  Bluefin, on their 1.5 day trip. 

Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.

  • Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks.  They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.

As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
