Tight Lines Guide Service Report

James Netzel
Can the kokanee at Stampede make up their minds?!! Different everyday last couple days. Today’s hot color was Paulina Peak Tackle’s watermelon spinner. They bit a hoochie with action than just a straight hoochie. Just added a flutterbug in front of pink n white and clown and the bite was on. Still the watermelon spinner outdid em to where I put 2 on. Was able to boat a gooder kokanee at over 16”. Odd thing about the larger Kokanee here this year is that they seem to be triploided, meaning they have no sex organs. Still have yet to see a fin clipped kokanee this season. Pretty DFW forgot to do this. Catching an average of 350 kokanee each week for the last 2 months, you’d think I’d see one by now!!
