July 23, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.
07/27/2020
The Liberty called in with 39 Bluefin (20-30#) on their full day trip for 36 anglers.
The Tomahawk called in with 9 Bluefin Tuna (up to 50#), 1 Yellowfin Tuna, and 1 Yellowtail on their overnight trip for 25 anglers.
The Pacific Queen called in with 28 Bluefin on the first day of a 3 day trip for 23 anglers.
The Dolphin AM caught in with a morning count of 139 Vermillion Red Rockfish and 65 Assorted Rock Fish for 36 anglers.
The Dolphin PM caught 88 Vermillion Red Rockfish and 65 Assorted Rockfish for 24 anglers.
The Pacific Dawn returned this AM in with 40 Yellowtail and 5 Bluefin Tuna for their 1.5 day trip.
The Outrider returned this AM with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (40) up to 80 pounds for their 2.5 day trip with 10 anglers

The Fortune caught 13 Bluefin and 1 Yellowfin on their 1.5 day trip.
Western Star called in with 6 Bluefin Tuna for 5 anglers for their full day trip.
The Dolphin PM trip caught 50 Rockfish and 2 Whitefish for 41 anglers.
The Outrider called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (40) up to 80 pounds for their 2.5 day trip with 10 anglers.
The Liberty caught 4 Bluefin on their full day trip for 36 anglers
The Condor called in 85 Yellowtail most are 25 to 35 pounds and 12 of them around 45 pounds and 2 Bluefin Tuna on their 1.5 day trip.
The Pegasus called in with 17 Bluefin Tuna and 19 Yellowtail for their Overnight trip with 18 anglers,
The Pacific Dawn called in with 40 Yellowtail and 5 Bluefin Tuna for their 1.5 day trip.
The Dolphin AM trip caught 65 Rockfish, 2 Calico Bass, 1 Whitefish, and 1 Sheephead for 32 anglers.
The Islander returned this AM with 2 Bluefin Tuna and 78 Yellowtail for 27 anglers.
The Tomahawk returned this AM with 3 Bluefin Tuna and 2 Yellowfin Tuna for 25 anglers.
The Outrider is up to 34 Bluefin Tuna (up to 80#'s) for 10 anglers on their 2.5 day trip. They reported good weather and excellent sign of fish.
The Pacific Queen returned this AM with from their 1.5 Day trip with 51 Bluefin Tuna, 6 Yellowtail and 2 Yellowfin.
Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.
- Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks. They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.
As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
