Big Hungry
The Sauerfish called in with 7 Yellowfin Tuna, 3 Yellowtail, and 1 Bluefin Tuna for 6 anglers on their overnight trip.
The Mission Belle called in with 31 Bluefin Tuna, 18 Yellowfin Tuna and 1 Yellowtail for their Full Day trip.
The American Angler returned from a 1.5 day trip with LIMITS Bluefin Tuna up to 81 lbs. for 17 passengers.
The 1.5 day trip aboard the Independence returned this morning with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna and 4 Yellowfin Tuna for 20 passengers. Forty of the BFT weighed between 70 lbs and 80 lbs, with the jackpot fish coming in at 125 lbs.
The Success on a 2.5 day trip, returned with 14 Bluefin Tuna for 7 passengers. The Bluefin weighed between 120 lbs and 343 lbs. Tonight’s 1.5 day trip is a DEFINITE GO with only 5 passengers signed up at this time. This trip will be fishing offshore for trophy size Bluefin Tuna
Departing Wednesday night:
The Success has a 1.5 day trip departing at 8:00 pm. Ticket price is $560.00 and includes meals. Permits are additional. This trip is a DEFINITE GO (Only 5 passengers signed up at this time). 12 passengers max.
The Pacific Islander has a 1.5 day trip departing at 8:00 pm. Ticket price is $390.00 and includes your Mexican fishing permits.
Local trips:
The Daily Double departs twice a day for ½ day trips to the local kelp beds. Departure times are 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.
The Point Loma has local ¾ day trips scheduled every day. Departure time is 6:30 am. No passport required for this trip.
The Mission Belle is currently running full day trips offshore. Departure time is 6:00 am. No passport required for this trip.
Some things to keep in mind in order to be able to go forward are that social distancing practices and safe medical practices must be adhered to and are as follows:
1. Any angler that has any cold or flu symptoms must stay at home.
2. All anglers must wear a mask and that covers both mouth and nose.
3. Anglers must keep a minimum of a 6-foot distance at all times.
4. All anglers fishing on an Overnight trip or longer must bring their own pillow and blanket.
