The TRIBUTE returned from a 1.5 Day this morning with 8 Bluefin Tuna and 2 Yellowfin Tuna. 5 of the Bluefin were from 100-150 pounds. There were a number of fish lost to light tackle, so be sure to bring the heavy gear for the early morning and evening bites. Captain Mike recommends 80-100# for the sinker rigs.
The Tribute departs this evening on an Overnight Limited Load trip. They have a few open spots so make those reservations now!
The EL GATO DOS boated a 214# Bluefin, 2 Yellowtail and 1 Yellowfin tuna on today's 6-pack Full day charter.
Good mixed bag Coronado Islands fishing continues for Yellowtail, Barracuda and Calico bass aboard Full day trips. The SAN DIEGO and VOYAGER still have openings for this weeks trips.

UPDATE 10:00AM - The Tribute is in on the action and has three big bluefin (80#, 100# and 110#) on the boat for their 1.5 day trip. These are some big fish, so you want to make sure you have the proper gear. 60# and 80# setups are key right now, they've been losing fish to lighter setups.
