Captain Justin Thompson checked in and reports some really great trout fishing on Shasta Lake.  Thats what we like to see this time of year and its clearly a great time to book your summer trout fishing trip now on Shasta Lake.  We're mixing in the occasional brown trout and King salmon as well.  Thats not bad considering we are targeting all species right now, but will see mostly rainbows unless we change gears and hunt for browns or Kings specifically.  Its not looking like we'll have many dates available in September, if any at all, so July and August are gonna be the peak summer action on Shasta looking forward.  Thank you!
