The road to the Little Truckee is pretty clear of snow right now. The fishing has been decent. the flows are 127 CFS which is perfect. The water is cold and the fish are a little lethargic so a good drift is a must. Nymphing with midges and baetis nymphs under an indicator is the way to go. The weather could change any day and close the road again so check the weather before you go.
