Eagle Lake Opening Day
5-23-2020

Orange Jay Fair’s hot orange toplining, small brook trout rapalas, 2” rainbow trout flicker shad 9ft deep, red/gold Thomas Buoyant, nickel Thomas Buoyant 5-7ft deep. Red dog d/j medium. Youth Camp channel fished well. South side of Pelican Pt had scattered pods. Scattered pods on the west side...moved out over deeper water but were still on top for me. Mixed bag size wise off Wildcat Pt area...worthy keepers 2.5-4lb. Water temps in the mid 50’s. Clarity is poor so brighten up! More later. My internet is spotty this afternoon, I’ll update site when I can. Go get em! Good fishing so far!
