Hi Gang,

In regards to Covid 19 virus and our operation at the Intrepid, we want all of our customers to know that we will take all necessary precautions to ensure that everyone on board is safe. That being said, our next scheduled trip does not depart until April 23rd. During this time we will be performing our annual maintenance. Also during this time, we are hopeful that the steps we are all taking as American's will prevent the spread of this virus and we will be able to continue back to our normal lives very soon. Because of this health scare, we will be implementing new cleaning procedures aboard the boat and during voyages. This will include wiping all tables, door nobs, hand rails, and seat cushions with disinfectant cleaners multiple times a day. We have also purchased and are replacing all pillows, linens, and blankets in all stateroom. And lastly, we will be replacing the stateroom a/c air cleaners after every trip. We recommend that all customers purchase trip insurance in case you become ill and can not make your trip. Also, if you do become ill, it is highly recommended that you stay home. I believe that we will become better in our communities and as a country during this time. The resilience of the American people has been proven time and time again. Thanks for checking in.
