Angler Report: Lynx Lake
11-21-2019
Arizona Game & Fish Department
Brandon R.: Fished Lynx Lake on Sunday, 11/17. Lake level is low. Fished the north shore , near the spillway. In a 2 hour period, I caught 5 trout, using rainbow & chartreuse power nuggets on a 1- to 2-foot leader. Fish ranged from 12”-16”. Lost a very big trout that ended up rolling on the surface, before it tied itself around a log and broke off. I gauged that trout to be at least 3 pounds, based on its length. Weather was perfect. No wind. Lake was as smooth as glass. Water color: Slightly stained to clear. My daughter caught the biggest of the bunch (above).
