Gotta work for em on Shasta, but the trout look great!

Jeff Goodwin
Today we fished Shasta Lake again and we had a really slow start. The water was flat and the trout were weary of the boat and gear for sure. We got a bit of wind later in the day and that helped with the bite. Still a lot of work put in today but we landed 9 nice fish total and todays crew went home with some great fillets. We fished the top 5' feet and used spoons all day.
