Lake Camanche Fishing Report

10-25-2019
Lake Camanche Staff

Lake Camanche’s water level was at an elevation of 219.91′ above sea level or 74% full. The lake was receiving 662 cubic feet per second of water from Pardee Lake while releasing 1,362 C. F. S. into the Mokelumne River below the dam at the time of this report.  The surface water temperatures are still somewhat warm at 67°. Lake Pardee was holding at 91% full again at the time of this report.

We are anticipating the water temperature will continues to drop. The lake is on schedule to drop 3,600 lbs. of Mt. Lassen Trout to kick off the 2019-2020 planting season sometime in the week of 10/28. The north shore and south shore ramps will both receive a 1,200 lb. plant. The south shore pond will also receive 1,200 lbs. but it will be a mixed load of rainbows and trophy size lightning trout!
