Dockside Charters Fishing Report

Dockside Charters Staff

We were able to get some fishing trips in today. The boats in the nearshore water did well on Rockfish but really had to work at it. The fish were not aggressively biting. We did take a few nice Ling Cod but no where near limits.

The boat we had out for Deep Water Ling limited on really nice Rockfish but only got a few Lings. They worked it hard all day but the fish just wouldn't do their part.

The ocean was great today. Tomorrow's forecast is good. Saturday has a significant swell predicted, then diminishing Sunday.

Remember that Dockside closes the first of November for six weeks. That gives us time to maintain the boats, the captains and crews and the office staff as well (therapy helps). It has been a productive year but it is time for a little break.

Make your reservation now so you don't miss out. Remember, Dockside does not overcrowd the boats, that means more room to fish of course, providing you with a premium trip. Online reservations are an option also, you can make a reservation on a space available basis even the day before the trip. Don't miss out.
