Las Vegas Urban Ponds Fishing Report

10-23-2019
Nevada Department of Wildlife

The last seasonal catfish plant for 2019 is planned for next week in the urban ponds. Action has been a little slow around the ponds with catfish taking night crawlers and stink baits. Cold nighttime temperatures have put a damper on bluegill action, but action does pick up in the afternoons. Persistent anglers have gotten some bass out of Floyd Lamb using dark-colored jigs and plastics.
