McCumber Lake Fish Report
12-5-2008
Water Conditions:
With the cooler weather the water temperatures have started to drop on McCumber, and it fishable again.
Fishing Conditions
Can you believe that presentation is important? The browns like to chase damsels and callibaetis nymphs from the bottom swimming to the top. That means use a floating line or intermediate line, let the fly sink and slowly strip up to the surface. Enjoy!

12-5-2008Today we worked our way up the line. We were looking for school size Tuna and kelps hopefully holding Dorado. We got into a stop early this morning on little Tuna and Yellowtail. The problem was everything was about 6 lbs. Needless to say we did not stay very long. We worked our way outside and up and found numerous large kelps .
