Inshore Fishing Has Been Good
10-13-2019
Dockside Charters Staff
Well folks today Neptune was very angry. We have high seas running that far exceeded the forecast. We expect to get underway tomorrow if the ocean settles down a bit. We will see if the weather guessers get it right tomorrow. Tuesday the forecast looks better too. Wednesday things promise to blow up in a big way. Hopefully the seas/forecast moderate.
Fishing yesterday was good for inshore Rockfish, the Lings were on the slow side. We had a boat out for deep water Ling Cod also. They did come home with some very nice fish but not limits and those that they did get required a lot of effort. Fishing isn't always easy.
Remember that Dockside closes the first of November for six weeks. That gives us time to maintain the boats, the captains and crews and the office staff as well. It has been a productive year but it is time for a little break.
Make your reservation now so you don't miss out. Remember, Dockside does not overcrowd the boats, that means more room to fish of course, providing you with a premium trip. Online reservations are an option also, you can make a reservation on a space available basis even the day before the trip. Don't miss out.
Running 5-hour bottom Fishing and crabbing and 1 and 2-hour Whale Watching Trips daily, weather permitting.
