Fish Report for 8-31-2019
Better bite on the Sacramento River today!
8-31-2019
Jeff Goodwin
Today we had three boats fishing the Corning area again. We definitely saw more bites and it was a better day for a lot of boats out there compared to what we've seen in recent weeks. Definitely not on fire, but I saw numerous nets up today and thats a great sign for the weeks ahead. We saw a mix of really bright fish and some darker fish as well, but the Kings all cut great and our clients went home with a bunch of fresh Sac River salmon fillets. Pictured are some of the fish our clients caught with our Captains today. Call (530) 510-2925 to book your salmon trip (s). We have a few September dates left and a handful of October dates left as well. Our "late fall" King salmon trips are already on the schedule (Nov-Dec) and will be filled on a first call first served basis.
Don't forget, we'll have both Sacramento River steelhead trout trips and Trinity River steelhead trips available this fall as well! Thank you!
