Hoppers are still the main food source for these fish. I'm seeing some Tricos early mornings at 7am, and the spinners fall around 11. I've been nymphing til around 8:30, by then the fish are starting to wake up and smell the hoppers. The fish don't seem to be too interested in the spinners, but it's always worth a try. Don't be afraid to fish heavier tippet, these fish will take grasshoppers with reckless abandon. Not to mention there are some good sized fish in the mix 18" and beyond! 3-4x is a safe bet to wrangle in these beasts! You'll definitely want to run a dropper below your hopper. I've been running small copper johns, prince nymphs and pheasant tails and have been getting lots of the smaller fish on the dropper.
