Sac River salmon got their shine on!

Justin was back at it this morning and got todays clients into a few nice Kings.  Its early in the season so its quality over quantity right now but that will surely change.  Weekend boat traffic never helps the fishing so its expected to be tough fishing in the early stages of the fall run.  None the less, the two chrome Kings Justin put in the net today were a prize to say the least and salmon any angler would be happy to catch.  August is right around the corner and salmon fishing will surely begin to shape up into a year we won't soon forget.

Jeff Goodwin is a full time Northern California fishing guide.  He guides year round for salmon, trout, steelhead, Kokanee, and bass on Northern California rivers and lakes. He fishes many bodies of water in the Redding area, but also guides the Sacramento River and Feather River during certain times of the year. Jeff can also be found on the California coast chasing ocean fresh King salmon and steelhead each year.
