Colorado River Fishing Report

Rusty

Our local angler Eli Davis was using a-long-a and landed a couple of stripers in the 1 pound range. Yep these lures usually produce a larger fish but this time of year we are getting a lot of the smaller striper getting to the bait first. We do have a good trout population also and our rainbow trout are being planted to help with the caddis fly issue. The trout this time of year are more elusive as our weather is a bit warmer and they do like the colder water. But Thomas Giambalvo was able to land these fish while fishing on the Nevada side and using power bait. Further down stream just below the gorge and fishing by boat using night crawlers Grandpa Gordon Fisk had Colton Frye, Jocelyn Fiske and Hayden Fiske were able to make a great haul of these pan fish (Red ear I am guessing). These fish are just getting off the nests and should be feeding.

I am getting a little bit of news from the marsh but mostly its catfish.

I hope this helps for now and we will see you in soon thanks for your support. Now Go Catch A Fish Rusty Riviera Marina 520 Riviera Blvd. Bullhead City Az. 928-763-8550.
