Big Hungry
Departing on Tonight:
The Chief 1 day Overnight trip fishing offshore for Tuna and Yellowtail. Mexican permits are included. CA license (if needed) and meals are extra. Please bring photo ID. This trip is a DEFINITE GO with only two anglers booked at this time.
The New Lo-An is scheduled for a 1.5 day trip. Ticket cost is $350 per person and includes your Mexican permit and bunk. Departure time is scheduled 9:00 pm. This trip is a DEFINITE GO!
Upcoming Local Trips:
The 1/2 day boat Point Loma departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. Return time is between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. A California fishing license will be additional. No passport required for this trip. The Point Loma is now offer two trips a day on Friday's and Saturday's. Departure times are at 8:30 am and again at 3:00 pm.
The Mission Belle is scheduled daily for Full Day trips to the Coronado Islands. This trip will be targeting Yellowtail, Bonito, Bass and Rockfish. A VALID passport book or passport card is required for all passengers going on the trip. Ticket price includes your Mexican fishing license, tourist visa and biosphere bracelet.
Effective June 26, 2019 Point Loma Sportfishing is making some changes to the way we process payments. A small processing fee (3.5%) will be applied to all credit card transactions. Previously this cost was included in our prices but due to rising costs it needs to be factored separately. Thank you for your understanding.

6-25-2019Captain Adam on the New Lo-An called in with 11 Bluefin Tuna for their 1 day trip. 9 of the fish were 50 to 90lbs, 1 fish was 110lbs and the big one was 160lbs. They go again tonight at 9pm on a 1.5 day trip with plenty of space left. The Vagabond reported 20 Bluefin tuna in the 50 to 90lbs range on their 1.5 day trip.
