Fish Report for 6-24-2019

6/23 1.5 day

Adam Williams

We woke up with a kelp yellowtail stop for 78 nice grade yellows which was an awesome way to start the day. We then continued working the stock area until before long we found a beautiful school of 60 to 100 pounders which responded well to the bait. We sat for almost 6 hours in this drift and managed to land 19 of those 60 to 90 pound bluefin tuna. Mostly on flyline baits and 50/60 pound flourocarbon. Throughout the rest of the afternoon the bite had slowed but we continued to see incredible signal of fish. The day we had yesterday would have made an excellent 1 day trip, which we have one departing tonight at 9 pm!

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 223-1627 to get in on the action.
